Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste), with either standard delivery or delivery with signature, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Delivery Times

Indicative delivery times are 2 to 4 business days (France) or 4 to 8 business days (Eruope), excluding weekends and public holidays, starting from the date of dispatch*.
Deliveries are made during the day, between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

*Please note: preparation time may vary depending on stock and order validation.

Shipping Address

Parcels are delivered to the address provided when placing the order. In case of absence, the carrier’s procedures will apply (delivery notice, collection at the post office, etc.).

Tracking & Proof of Delivery

A Colissimo tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
This number serves as proof of shipment and proper handling of the parcel.

📌 Tracking updates on our site may sometimes experience a slight delay. In case of doubt, only the official Colissimo tracking page is valid.

Undelivered Parcels / Return to Sender

If a parcel cannot be delivered (incorrect address, unidentified mailbox, repeated absence…), it will be returned to UJŌ.

In this case:

• You will be notified by email.

• A new shipment can be arranged once the delivery details are confirmed.
  ⚠️ Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer if the non-delivery is due to an error or negligence on their part.

Lost or Non-Received Parcels

Once the parcel is handed over to La Poste, UJŌ provides shipment tracking.

• If Colissimo confirms a loss, UJO will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment, depending on product availability.

• If the parcel is marked as delivered, UJO cannot be held responsible without a proven claim filed with the carrier.

In such cases:

• Check with your neighbours, caretaker, or building manager.

• Contact your local post office.

• Notify us so we can open an investigation with La Poste.

Recommended Option: Colissimo with Signature

For added security, UJO recommends choosing the delivery with signature option, which provides:

• Proof of delivery with signature

• Better protection in case of dispute or loss

Important: To further reduce the risk of loss or disputes, we recommend selecting the insurance option offered at checkout.
