Our mission

At UJO Studio, our commitment is to offer you unique clothing that boosts your self-confidence while respecting our planet.

We achieve this mission through three key principles:

  • The creation of Pop patterns inspired by the 80s.
  • A clever tailoring and model creation to highlight the curves.
  • Sustainable French manufacturing so your style doesn't cost the planet. We're delighted to see a positive reaction against fast fashion . Today's consumers value how their clothes are made, prioritizing quality, durability, and ethics over cost alone.

We place great importance on the design and production of our clothing. Each piece is meticulously thought out and handmade in France . By selling directly to our customers, we eliminate the middleman to make our products as affordable as possible.

However, this quality comes at an additional cost. We believe in transparency and honesty, so you know where your money is going when you choose our products.

Who makes my clothes?

All your clothes are made either by us at the UJO headquarters or in our small partner workshop in Troyes, the cradle of textile manufacturing in France. This proximity allows us optimal quality control and allows us to produce small series , thus avoiding overproduction.

By maintaining a close relationship with our manufacturers, we ensure that everyone who sews your garments is treated with respect and paid fairly for their work. We guarantee that everyone in our supply chain receives a living wage or better.

Where are my fabrics made?

Over 90% of our fabrics come from our main supplier in Italy, our border neighbor. The eco-friendly fabrics we use are made by ECONYL , from regenerated nylon yarns. The remaining 10% comes from French dead stock from major luxury brands. We reuse high-end materials for impeccable quality.

Where are my fabrics printed?

For our prints, we use a technique that respects the vibrant rendering of our colors, but also respects the planet . Our prints are produced only 200km from the workshop using water-based inks that are non-toxic for the environment. We implement environmentally friendly practices, such as recovering rainwater for rinsing and reusing printing baths for several thousand lengths.

We believe in honesty and transparency . When you buy from us, you know the price is justified by: quality, durability, and respect for the environment. Make an informed choice for your style and for the planet with UJO.
