Return or Exchange Request

Procedure for requesting an exchange or return

  1. Click on the link : Exchange / return
  2. Enter the order number (without the #) and your email, then click on "Find my order"
  3. Select Items : Choose the items you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Select: Exchange or return, then fill in the corresponding boxes.
  5. If Exchange:
    • Shipping costs are your responsibility. Make sure to select a shipping method with a tracking number for added security. We are not responsible for lost items.
    • We offer shipping of the new item

         6. If Return :

    • Shipping costs are your responsibility. Be sure to select a shipping method with a tracking number for added security. We are not responsible for lost items.
    • A 3% restocking fee applies to returns only (Shopify handling fee). No restocking fee is applied to exchanges.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Submit the return or exchange through your account (required to be validated by our service). Please do not send any item without submitting this request!
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags intact.
  • Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you do not comply with these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange request.
